Returns and refunds

If you need to return shoes, our process is designed to be as simple as possible. We provide refunds IF needed. For a return to be eligible, shoes must be returned within 3 business days of product being received and must be in the exact condition they were sold, with NO EXPECTATIONS (if local "Birmingham,AL). If any shoes needs to be returned from any surrounding cities or further states, Strictly Paper must received the shoe within 10-14 business days 14-18 if holidays are included.This ensures fairness and quality for all our customers.
